Amazing, let me begin with Coldwell Realtors. I had a disaster of an experience. Agent was pushy. Always telling me to bid over and not listen to my concerns. I literally fired the agent when she refused to place in an offer on a home in which I had certain demands. Then had it placed in writing. Rob took over. Not only did he listen, he catered to our family's needs. He knew our likes and dislikes within weeks. So when I would ask about a home, he was on it that day. My wife absolutely loves his social skills and how he presented himself. Absolute professional is the two words she stated. Rob ensured to smooth out problems when even the deal seemed dead and had it back on track within hours. No doubt this was the best decision for me and my family by using Sibcy Cline.
